This was well within the 30 days their website states. They would not replace the shoes, they offered me a 59 percent discount. Probably more than it cost them to make the shoe. This company does NOT stand behind the product!!

I replaced the Laces with the NB ones that stay tied but other than that a near perfect shoe. Light, flexible and just a little cushioning for those of us that require some but still want as little as possible. I have never run in better shoes (40+ years of running). Altra makes great shoes.

As for the laces either cutting them shorter or replacing them with shorter laces could fix that minor issue.
